New Groups System:
As you know the club has been put on hold until the new group system was in place, and now it's here! We have applied for the club to be converted into a group. The problem we have is with our subscription.

At the moment on dA there is a deal that when you give a subscription to someone, you receive the same subscription for yourself (until 25th Dec). If you were planning on making use of this deal, spare a little thought for the club, here's why:

In order to be a 'Super Group' (subscribed) it costs more than double a regular subscription for a deviant account, unless of course the club has a subscription already.

So if we were to have a few generous members donate a subscription to us (in turn receiving one themselves), then we could convert the club to a group and not have to worry about the large cost of a super group for quite some time.
